What we collect

When you book a survey we collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, property location and, if you choose, your email address, how often you are at the property and your answers to the price estimator.

Why we use it

Only to contact you about your survey and quote. The legal basis is your consent and the steps needed before a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b). We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting contract, and afterwards for the periods required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, or object to its use, by writing to william@fireshieldtechnology.com. You can also complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
